White Van Man clipped my wing mirror today.

Bust glass, shattered the painted cover.

Mirror mechanism still seems to be working OK so I might just get away with glass & new cover (have to have it sprayed).

Just the inconvenience of getting it repaired really. Hadn't realised how much I rely on that mirror.... until it's not there.

Good job they are spring loaded and designed to take a bit of a knock.

By the time I managed to gather my thoughts he was down the road, around the corner and.... long gone.

Certainly a situation where a dash cam would have helped.
