AFS - ADAPTIVE LIGHTING - How do I know if my FL2 has it?

I have had the AFS warning indicator blinking a couple of times per week now since some time. Blinking goes away after re-start.

However, I never experienced in my two years owning the car, that the lights would actually be "turning" in corners. How do I find out if my car actually has the AFS (but not working as it seems then)?

Was the AFS even available in 2007? I can not find it in the Swedish price list that I found from that year - but if it wasn't available I guess there would have been no warning light for it either available Confused

Yes - AFS was available in 2007 - I have it.... in fact it was removed later on....

How to tell - point your car at a reflective service in the dark and turn on.... lights should move around to calibrate.

What I can say if if I do this with the car on a slope the warning light comes on but there is no issue - its just a 'feature'.

i'm not sure who spun you that yard, my old MY09 had adaptive headlights and they worked all the time, without any warning light on it at all, and i used to park on a slope everyday Confused Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Thank you - I joined and put in my VIN but only find old service bulletins and stuff like that. I would be grateful if you could tell me where to find the build info, because I have really looked around for it.

I now checked a bit more, and all fuses that could be related to AFS (38, 43, 44 - to my understanding used also if the car has no AFS) are OK.

Also I found a an old sticker still hanging on to one of the lights - would the "AFS" code among all other codes on the sticker indicate the car has AFS? Anyone?

And - no moving lights when moving the steering wheel, that's for sure.

Thank you EYorkshire, but there is only the printer button visible on my login - no button next to it like on your screenshot... Sad
