Been away in the USA for the last 2 weeks on my big adventure holiday. It has been fantastic! LA is massive, Las Vegas has to be seen to be believed, San Francisco is very nice indeed and all the places in between were nice old western style towns. The Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park provided epic scenery and we had 43C in Palm Springs.

Yes I was aware other albums could be accessed. I had to clear out loads of crap to make room for the shed load of holiday pics. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

YES THE HEAT WAS BAD!!! I never want to see it hotter than that. Our tour guide was in death valley when it reached 53C. Hottest ever was 57C. I much preferred the cooler temps of San Francisco.

I see you went passed Mono lake where the infamous Clint Eastwood film was made with a wooden set erected. there are no signs of it these days !

Vegas will make you tired just looking at it Don't go to the north end of the strip (Strat tower) as it was very rough indeed. I recommend an evening meal at the Sugar Factory (not like it sounds) which is opposite the Bellagio Hotel. We sat outside on the patio area as it was hot and watched the fountains at the Bellagio as we ate. Magnificent views and the food was very good.
