npinks Freelander 2 HSE

Thought i would join the My Freelander 2 Thread and post a few pictures of the car, It had a wash and polish earlier in the day and then gave it a wipe down with a quick detailer and coating of Gtechniq C2v3 to see it through till i can get a scratch resistant coating on

Hope you like, come out quite well don't you think Very Happy

Of course, wouldn't want the continentals it came with, so told them to swap the tyres over, can't fault them, though the garage did look at me funny when I told them to swap Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Going to be adding in my Rosen DVD headrest for the kids, may get the DVD in motion for the wife, when we are on our private land and that Whistle ( does the DVD head have a aux out to feed the Rosen Aux in to watch same video on rear screens)

Roof rails, and black side tubes are on my list, but I think (thanks to Andys comment) that with the FL2 ended, garages might sell off stock shortly

I was going to get them to swap them over, but decided that I would not like 5 year old rails Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Looks better without rails IMHO, they make the car look too tall for me.

Any advice/help with the DVD in motion nick drop me a pm pal Wink the company I dealt with are looking into the digital tv box for me Cool Taz it's handy if you roll her over Rolling with laughter even tho it does have DSC! I'd post some pics of mine before and after but not wanting to hijack this thread.

It's personal taste tbh but maybe it's because approx 90% of FL1's and approx 98% of D1s and D2s had them fitted that I like them. The P38A cairngorm special edition had full length meaty rails filled from factory and it took some time to get used to it but it did look good but I've yet to see a "normal" P38 with rails fitted, having said that P38s are rare enough Laughing I seen a new full fat at the hospital with rails fitted and it did look nice but they are very sleek looking and not as chunky as the freelander Wink MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior
