Scotland 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Firenze Red

Prices OTT , I paid £35k less trade in for my metropolis @ the these new prices I would only get the 2nb bottom of the range. Glad I bought my metropolis .

At launch there will be four trim levels to choose from – SE, SE Tech (when navigation becomes standard), HSE and HSE Lux – with prices ranging from £32,395 to £42,995. The eD4 engine will arive later in 2015 dropping the starting price below £30k.

am I reading correctly, that all DS will have the 7 seats?

If so, not bad pricing for a 7 seater but sad for those who only needs 5, like myself. Paying for items we dont need

It so say the 7 seat version when the 3 row seats are down has the same boot size as a 2 row version so I guess there is 2 options 5 & 7 seat Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Orkney Grey

Has anyone seen a picture of inside the boot?
I have searched through lots of pictures and videos, lots show the 7 seats, the video shows the car from the side having lots of things loaded, with a shot inside once loaded, but not one shot of an empty boot.

interesting to see if it still has a full size spare, which I assume LR will retain

And if they do, where it will be in the 7 seater version

No not really, yours has been heavily discounted for using up the old parts Wink
Also the Metropolis was heavily discounted be it the same spec as the HSE Lux but with a different badge.

Agreed can't really compare new DS prices with outgoing special editions

Well you can, but it is a waste of time

I wonder what a DS HSE Lux will cost once spec'ed up, £45-50k region Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

oops just found this:

With the third-row seats folded into the boot floor, load space is cavernous. Even with the third row erected, it is surprisingly spacious, yet every Sport has space for a compact spare wheel.

compact spare wheel, hmmmmmm, that sucks

Australia 2007 Freelander 2 i6 SE Auto Tambora Flame

On the Aussie LR site, they allow you to spec up the car you want (but no indication on pricing).

Anyway, I did notice that a full size spare was an option. I would prefer full size.

I am also confused by the 5+2 seat thing. I thought the 2 were optional, but everything reads like they are standard! 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Baltic Blue

Personally speaking, I like it. A lot.

Looking forward to seeing one in the flesh now all the wraps are off.....but early indications are that once the ingenium engines are released and proved, methinks a small order might be placed Whistle

If they get the price point right first time, they will sell bundles of them. Foraging near Gaydon....

Noticed also, like the Evoque, you have the choice of a different colour roof.

I like it, will wait till the warranty is up on mine, and then take an in depth look, all the extras will be available then.

Price:from £32395. Just working how much the annual depreciation is likely to be. They must be having a laugh!

The more I look at it the more I like it, thumbs up here, 18-24 months time will probably have a serious look, the new engines need to appear and possibly a petrol hybrid will be the way to go?

I wonder how many Evoque drivers will jump ship and into this, its the car the Evoque should have been, loads of space, +2 seats, or will this re appear in 12 months as a 'grand Evoque'?
