I ended up drilling a hole within a few inches of the bonnet release lever,it is double skinned so you will need a draw wire to pull in through some existing holes in the outer skin,I had to drop the wheel arch liner for access. |

If you do wire up strobe lights I hope you make them inactive as soon as the car is put into gear. The thought of following a car with strobe lights flashing gives me the horrors let alone the danger to other road users. You are indeed correct but its difficult to do recovery and escort work without them being switched on .Im sure you also have read the highway regulations restrictions LAND ROVER FREELANDER 2 TD4e GS

remove glove box , and a bit of CAREFULL VERY GENTLY probeing pull back carpet and you should find a rubber gromet.

Thanks for the info. I will try and see if I can find the grommet if it all looks to dodgy Ive got a plan B in reserve LAND ROVER FREELANDER 2 TD4e GS
