Seat Belt Height Adjuster

Hi all I'm new around here having just got my first Freelander 2 ('07 GS in Zermatt Silver) after many many years of Ford ownership. I have just noticed that the seatbelt height adjuster on the passenger side is jammed - any ideas on how to fix it would be most appreciated,

You can very easy reach it.
On the upper part of pillar B, just above the adjuster, there is an "Airbag" sign.
Remove it and you'll see a screw. Unscrew it and all will come out easy.
