We have recently traded in our FL2 for a D4 and as a result we have a pair of Thule 762 square roof bars for sale, each with the Thule foot packs and locks (2 keys). They have been used to mount 4 x bike carriers and have done the job well!

I'm looking for �45 and can arrange for delivery at extra cost if needed. A donation will be made to the forum if sold

Can you answer a question for me please as im not sure if i have bought the wrong bars but inadvertently the right bars

Did your Freel2 have roof rails?

I never even thought about this when i bought your bars as my previous GS spec car had them as standard, i hadnt picked up my HSE with sunroof before i agreed to buy your bars and hadnt twigged that it didnt have rails. Therefore when i picked up the car yesterday and realised about 2 hours later that it didnt have rails i had a panic - but now your bars have arrived they look like they are the type that fit at the top of the doors - is that right?

I look forward to hearing form you and am quite happy for anyone to have a laugh at my expense hence i didnt PM you  Current 2008 Freel2 HSE

Thanks for letting me know that they arrive safely!

Our FL2 did NOT have the LR roof bars. The bars that you now have fit to the roof just above each door so you should be OK!

They were definitely well packaged although the girls in the office thought id purchased some dumbells

Im guessing they should be ok with the sunroof in place as long as i dont open it!
