I tried to remove the first part with no luck. No problem with the two torx screw on the top, but I can't disengage the two red-arrow highlighted hooks. I'm afraid to push too strenght and break the plastic cover and I'm not sure about the right direction to force to.
Some suggestion?

technician said if the needles are removed we could have serious problem ...
