United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Barolo Black
need help, misfire and reduced performance…throttle body??

Helps guys, wifes 2007 fl2 has an issue but it has never done it for me until tonight.Driving along in second and accelerated ,then 2 hiccups/misfires,then "reduced performance" and" hdc switched off" on dash . So I switched hazard lights on, and I tried to restart but it was just turning over for 10 secs, let it stand for 1 min and then all was well and she ran fine all the way home. The plan is to try get any codes read next week ,but just wondered if anyone had this issue? I wondered if a sticking throttle could cause this or crank sensor? or could it be something like a fuel filter ? thinking that giving it some gas and its struggling to get enough diesel, any info welcome. The thing is wife not keen on using it just incase it lets her down.
