Malta 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Whistler White
Load space cover

Would anyone have any idea if the Freelander 2 Load Space Cover matches that of any other LR model? I need to buy one and found a good price on a RR Sport cover which looks identical in the photos, but any difference in width would make it useless!

Looking forward to input from the experts out there Smile

Just measured my RRS one - its 135cm wide. Don't know what the FR2 width is (mine hasn't arrived yet) but I'd be surprised if it fits.
Hope that helps.

Not only are the sizes different but the connectors are different as well.

Sort of thing you might get from a write-off. try googling land rover breakers. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

Try eBay. Transport delivery drivers of the artic car transporters make good pocket money by relieving cars in their tempory custody of loose car items including loadspace covers spare wheels and full handbooks.
.
How else do you think a these items appear in volume on the auction sites!
.
Happy hunting and good bidding,
.
kind regards from Fred.
