Stick to your guns and ask for the OE one. Was speaking to a friend of my wife after mine was done who still works for a windscreen insurance company and she said it was your right. Admittedly, she said they try to fob people off with a cheaper alternative but always gave in if the customer demanded an OE one. She reckons not many do as they are unaware about it. Cheers budy was a good and helpful read Steve D thanks mate, again was a good read Thought it seemed abit odd when they were trying to fob me off and saying oh we don't fit land rover branded screens ( good lie autoglass ! ) Might have to pop into there local branch and see if I can get more honesty out them ( one hopes ) Freelander 57 plate XS Blue Auto |
