1. The VBF is only the data's container. If the data is encrypted or not, compressed or not, it's up to the manufacturer and/or application. The VBF just holds the data.

Great! I didnīt know this. But I look some options on SDD software and didnīt find where to modify it. If someone knows where I should access on SDD please let me know.

I believe that "Change consumption units" is one of the options in "Service functions".

For front parking sensors, does it activate on the move when speed is less than around 20km/h? On mine fronts activates only after Drive gear is selected after Reverse gear. But often I come to parking lot just straight and fronts doesn't work. I have to push the PDC button.

I guess that activate parking sensor by speed requires some complex firmware modifications unless the function is already hidden inside the firmware. |
