Only US cars have the Fahrenheit temperature display. UK and ROW cars have Celsius.
Even if you go to a LR dealer or find someone with dealer like tools, you can change things to be like in UK (Celsius), but then, for fuel consumptions, you should live with the UK gallon (4.54 liters), not the US gallon (3.79 liters).
If you want the real deal, meaning if you want US gallon for consumption (like you have now) and Celsius display, then you should modify the instrument cluster calibration (DATA) file and flash it back.
I don't know if the dealers will do that or know how to do it. The calibration file modification part, I mean.
