You should have an HDC warning when in use lit in the central binnacle.

I get the warning on the dash but the button is not illuminated.. |

Yes definitely get the horn done under warranty. It's a bumper off job. From memory it's a few quid for the part and an hour and a half labour! Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
