The plastic one comes out (if you need to remove the bumper). It just levers up with a flat blade screwdriver. I'd be pretty damn sure it replaced the plastic offering, but I don't know. |

It fits over the original plastic one, clean the old one with an alcohol wipe, tear off the covering of the 3M tape on the new one, a tube of adhesive is also supplied.

Not necessary. If you press the lip on the left hand corner (nearside as you look at it) it will pop out in that corner, you can then gently prise the rest out.
