I'm no expert but I can't think it's anything to do with the tinting. Try deleting the pairing on the phone and reconnecting following the instructions in the handbook. I think the default code is 1212 off the top of my head. |

Did they take any trim off? The module is in the right hand boot area, could they have knocked the connector?
