Turbocharger filter?

Hi! Just totting up what to order in order to do a 6 year service and noticed a Turbocharger Filter is available for the Freelander 2. First time I've seen so wondering how easy/hard it is to replace.

Andrew 2007 LR Freelander 2 GS - factory tints, LR mud flaps, 2013 facelift)
Problems/solutions include: rear diff pinion replaced, stearing rack and pump replaced, alternator earth cable replaced (plus new alternator as misdiagnosed), throttle body replaced, MAP sensor replaced, secondary earth cable...

If its the oil filter for the turbo then it fits inside the inlet pipe where it exits the crankcase oil way.
.
I cleaned mine very quickly with aerosol carb cleaner. It's a rather neat plastic moulding sieve.

It's really simple to service with the engine out on the floor.
.
I am sure that it will be diabolical to reach and change insitu.
