CG - No offence taken. I still have a sense of humour!

Miightymildred - Indeed. Our bun decided that the Mrs was his 'ho' and kept spraying her. I got attacked if I went near her.
I took him to the vet and he reckoned that he (the bun) had the biggest gonads he'd ever seen on a bun. It was a proud moment but they still came off. After that he was much nicer to have around.

ad210358 - 4 hutches? That must be mayhem!

Wales 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

Heard this on local radio quiz some years ago;

Presenter; 'What is the name of the English football who performs a robotic dance when he scores?'
Mrs Quiz participant; 'I've no idea, I don't follow football'.
Presenter; 'As this is the first question I'll help you. His surname is similar to when you stoop to get through a low entrance'.
Mrs Quiz participant; 'Duck?'
Presenter; 'Er no. Try again'.
Mrs Quiz participant 'Crouch?'
Presenter; 'Yes, that's it! Any idea who it is now?'
Mrs Quiz; 'No, sorry'.
Presenter; 'Let me help you again. His Christian name is the same as a famous cartoon rabbit character'.
Mrs Quiz; 'Roger?'
Presenter; 'Roger Crouch? I give up!'

Lots of studio laughing. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

ad210358! That's sounds wonderful! Mental but wonderful!

The deeds on our house only allow 1 dog and 1 cat. Technically the rabbit was illegal.
So we're wanting to move further out into the country to have room more animals (and other reasons too).
Ideally we'd love to have a zoo like you but as we already spend more on feeding the birds in the garden than ourselves
I doubt we'd afford it!
We're planning on a dog next. A rescued German Shepherd probably although a collie, westie, deer hound etc is also on the cards!

Andy, what hay do you feed yours on? Got a free bale with the hutch and bought same brand (PETs at home) but the second bale is a bit spikey and doesn't seem to have as much heads etc in it

Plastic bale bag, rip off, it's around a tenth of a bale, costs about a fiver, it's all chopped up, lots of dust, pop to a farm and buy a proper bale for about £6, take a 240 litre wheely bin liner with you though, put the complete bale in it and you won't have to Hoover the Freelander out when you get back.
The Rabbits are strictly Mrs Ad's territory, I know a 14kg bag of carrots for £4 arrived regularly, along with 12kg bags of Crofts Rabbit Food, the odd cabbage also appears and slowly disappears over the week.

I have a garden full of them Laughing

I thought farmers did straw, not hay bales as what I see in fields is yellow not greenish colour Confused
