Shaw has a 2014 model which has a different interface to the pre-2013 models such as yours. |

I had this problem with my samsung s3 mini, the car found my phone but failed to connect to it,turned out I had too many paired items on my phone so I deleted the old ones and now it works every time. |

Hi Paul, There are no phones paired on the FL2 nor on any of the phones I have tried to pair to it. As soon as it sees the phone it lets you connect but then instantly says pairing failed. really annoyed was looking forward to havin g a decent handsfree set up. Really think it is the Bluetooth gone wrong on the FL2. |

Before rushing off to the Dealer it's probably worth checking to see if your phone(s) is compatible with your vehicle.
