cDPF engine low & high power...

In the VIN identifier it lists a few engine variants

C 2.2 l Diesel with cDPF (low power)
D 2.2 l Diesel (high power) 2011MY onwards
E 2.2 l Diesel with cDPF (high power) 2011MY onwards

whats the difference? are the engines the same power and is this just referring to the type of DPF ? ?

low power = 150/160 HP
high power = 190 HP
