strange mechanical noise

Hi all .
Got a strange mechanical noise at the front of the engine .It starts as soon as I put the key in the slot and after I stop the engine for a few minutes sounds really noisy and if something is on its way out. Sounds like its the device in the middle of the photo

It will let you down before long, it needs to be repaired. I think the part is about £80 + Fitting, a few members have done it them selves. Have a look in my gallery, there are a couple of PDF's on how to go about it. Thumbs Up
