Had my MY11 FL2 booked in for its first MOT and had the brake fluid changed at the same visit. Quote for brake fluid change £75.

When I booked it in, I arranged for a loan car for the day and I asked if there was a chance of borrowing a Discovery. They said they couldn't guarantee. I wrote off the chance. Anyway...the day before the MOT, Guy Salmon rang me and made sure I was still coming in the following day. All good so far.
I arrived at 07:45 (car booked in 08:00) and, although I was way early, the service staff were ready for me and processed the appointment beautifully, providing coffee.
Handed me keys to my borrowed for the day car... Disco 4 HSE Luxury!!! Brilliant. I loved it and, to be frank, was reluctant to give it back.
Anyway, the Freely was ready ahead of time. The brake fluid change came in at £63, not £75. The car was washed & valeted inside, and the wheeels & tyres GLEAMED! And complimentary sweets & mineral water in the car.
All in all, a VERY good dealer experience. Thanx Guy Salmon! Special kudos to Andrea Etchells...

I use Guy Salmon at Coventry by default now. Their attitude to Customer Service has always been excellent, and having once had the misfortune of having to use the "other" main Dealership chain that is part of Evans Halshaw, not only could the latter learn a lot from them, they are like chalk and cheese in making you feel like a valued customer. Foraging near Gaydon....

Have used Guy Salmon Knutsford several times for parts.

Very helpful, Like a lot of people I work during the week so have a small window of Saturday morning to pick up parts.
The parts department have been known to hang on waiting for me to pick up parts, and have even left them with the sales desk for me to pick up later.

The only problem is the wife likes shopping in Knutsford  Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
