A Kuga. WTF????

Through a rather strange vehicle selection process at work, I take delivery of a Ford Kuga this week Rolling with laughter . As I could only have what was in stock I had a choice of 140 Titanium in red or silver and a 163 titanium X in blue. Obviously I went for the high power 4wd option

As the spec was ordered by someone else it's got appearance pack and 19's (which my wife has already called "chav pack"!!!) but oddly no parking sensors.

Originally wanted another Freelander 2 but looking forward to see what this can do - only 5 months until I can re-order Big Cry

5 long months...

Expecting jeering and howls of derision from the forum faithful... but it doesn't have a tow bar Wink

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Orkney Grey

Had a Kuga 163 for 2 yrs prior to going back to FL , had all I needed bar the rev sensors so dealer fitted them , averaged 37mpg over 15000 mls .
Very good drive and performance but wife didn't feel confident in snow/ice conditions so we went back to Freelander , it may have be that the Kuga didn't perform to expectations in snow due to the std tyres it had on .

Thanks for the confidence CG, not hoping to crash... Apparently they performed well on Euro NCAP.

Lurcher, hope to have a 14/15MY FL2 or Disco before it gets snowy so hopefully that won't be a problem Cool
