Had a collision with a deer last night and in the interests of preserving my NCB I am looking at the possibility of getting a new front bumper and having it sprayed. Has anyone any instructions on how to remove the bumper?

Check out mav71 pyostes, also you might get a bumper from ebay in the rignt colour.
I changed a bumper on my first freelander its a two man job. When you take off the old one it will help when fitting the new one.

ouch had similar damage to bumper on x trail thought i would have to replace bumper, took it to car body repairers patched up sprayed and as new.
