Call Land Rover Assistance or you could try fitting a new battery to the fob (2032). But I doubt it's the fob that's flat it is more likely to be the car battery that has dropped charge.

DEEDEE,
Could you open door again. Flip bonnet. Disconnect you car battery. Then charge car battery. Re-connect it. Try starting it again. Landy has now gone.

It must be the season for it. I've just returned to mine after 5 weeks to find it not responding to either of the key fobs. Luckily I could get in via the passenger door, alarm triggered and stopped when the fob went in the carrier. It started up straight away so not a battery problem. I suppose it must have shut itself down. Does the manual mention this possibilit because I can't recall seeing it in there?

Nothing specific obvious, only regarding remote battery care...

REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
The remote batteries are charged automatically
when the remote is docked and the engine is
running. For this reason it is recommended
that each remote is used for a minimum of four
hours every six months. This will ensure that
the batteries remain charged ready for use.

There are many posts on here regarding the car going into 'sleep mode' to prevent total battery discharge but I don't think anyone can say categorically what the period is before this happens. Some say two weeks, others four. Almost all say that unlocking using the blade, alarm sounding then fob docking and life is back to normal.
