Drivers Seat

Hi All
I have an 07 HSE and the back of the drivers seat does not seem to tilt forward as much as it used to and nowhere near as much as the passenger seat. Is this a common problem as my wife who is on the small side now cannot get the seat in a comfortable position.
Any advise or possible cure would be much appreciated.
