Thanks, npinks. I'm sure you can order replacement parts, but my experience, at least here in Switzerland, is that parts which belong to certain models or versions are only available if you actually have that model/version. Here they wouldn't even replace the black grille on my previous BMW 320d with a chrome grille, as this was only for the 325 and 330 ... ... Had it replaced in Spain with no hassle though .... may have to do the same for the LR2 grille |

I think you should not have a problem in this case as the difference between a FL2 with a sport grille is not like being another model as 320 oposed to the 325. Might be cheaper not to do it in Switzerland thought. FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |

You may very well be right, Matei. Will check it out in Spain first once I have the FL2. We'll be driving south to our second home end July, so a good opportunity to stop by the LR dealers in Barcelona. |

Prices are probably better in Spain. I am doing some accesories fitting in Germany because prices are abt 40% cheaper than here. Edit: If you fit the grille post some pictures FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |

Yes the sport grill is available on its own, speak to Matt at stratstone doncaster parts dept he will get you part no and send you one if you want ,think its about £60 and you can fit it yourself all you need is a hacksaw blade and some masking tape as you cut out the old one from the surround, instructions are in the box!!!

I was under the impression that the FL2 does not brake down I assume that the repair part relates to the other LR models Did you give yourself a good discount when you got your FL2 FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER |
