Hi,
Loads of threads on here but none that's a kinda idiot guide ..
So,

Please list you thoughts on your tyres ;

Make & model ( inc size )
Miles / wear rate
% of on / off road
Grip on / off road
Noise

Goodyear wrangler 235/65/17
25000 ( 4mm left )
80 % on road 20 % off road
Good / good
Ok, but sure they are getting louder with wear

Ps : my vehicle is heavy ( loaded ) or work use..

Wales 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Baltic Blue

Make & model ( inc size ) 235/65 R17 Goodyear Wranglers
Miles / wear rate 27,000 miles from new to replace
% of on / off road On 80% / Off 20%
Grip on / off road Good / good
Noise Acceptable / slightly more with wear

Make & model ( inc size ) 235/65 R17 Kumho KL78
Miles / wear rate 4,000 miles so far... no evident wear
% of on / off road As above
Grip on / off road Good / excellent
Noise No more than the more-road-oriented Wranglers. ...
