United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Ipanema Sand

Thumbs Up

Trouble is that police often don't know if a car is full of oiks until they stop it. They can't say sorry sir I stopped you because you looked dodgy so they (should) use their communication skills, do a cursory check on you and vehicle, establish you are legal, and thank you for your time. A few gestapo droids don't get it right, but hopefully most do. Drivers that become arsey are most often those with something to hide Looking to use distraction tactics.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Barolo Black

Hi aero

Yes over last few years he has spent thousands upon thousands of pounds on car insurance in some cases more than the cars are worth and before this one, he had a tuned up Audi A3 and a civic type R plus a few bangers to get him on the ladder, but he's a grafter and works hard for his money so understands the value of it, Unfortunetly his girlfriends have took the hit for it I guess lol, but it's hard on the young ones where insurance is concerned but luckily he is a responsible young lad and has paid his due. But it's his passion I'm thankfull he's not out all night up to no good.

Thumbs Up

Don't know about the police in England & Wales but in Police Scotland damage only VA's are not attended unless there is some other factor to warrant attendance such alleged drink driving, aggressive behaviour, danger to other road users etc.
Would it be in the public interest to prosecute the driver for the VA? As in previous posts, we don't know all the facts. Very Happy
