[SORTED!] Alko insert type 23 and lock

As above - got new Van and need a good lock!

Would consider another insert number if it came with the locks etc, as I could sell the insert on and get the correct one - depends on price!

Thanks

Jon

All sorted now now thanks
Jon

i looked recently to see what complete used kits sold for and they wasn't that bad on eBay. and i don't think a insert alone is hugly sought after, but then i only listed it on here, and once on eBay

I have a No5 insert, but i used the lock etc when i bought new insert for the twin axle 'van from Alko aswell as a new lock.

Just had a look around, some people are muppets, they are selling for over £180 on the bay, a caravan dealer is selling used ones for £99, you can get them new from Al-Ko for £109.

Well it's new to me, not new...and it's a Swift Archway Hartwell. Nice though...!

Insert 23 seems rare for some reason.

How much do alko charge just for the insert nowadays?

Then buy the cheapest complete kit off eBay or caravan forums FS section

£109. Could get a kit off the bay for around £50. Looking to get complete correct kit for around £80 but pigs will probably fly first!

You could get one of these, £99 from Amazon and if you change your van it will fit the new one.
