ccsnet I would like to think so if it was me I would probably get pulled over. Laughing

I did see on M62 Warrington coming out of Liverpool yesterday a Vosa vehicle with a ticker tape board on the roof saying "follow me" and a truck behind it leaving at the junction. Question

Yes, they can, VOSA and Highways Agency are the same now, they have more power than the boys in blue regarding vehicle safety, the boys in blue need a reason to pull you over, VOSA don't.
