Wrangler hp front edge worn out on all 4, so what next ?

Hi,
Title is to short to write my whole thread !
So,

Goodyear wrangler hp - front edge scuffed out - on all 4 ( fronts more so ) - done 25k since new

Fair point it does carry a lot of weight, on regular basis (90+ % )

So my questions are :

1 > 25k ? Is that normal ? ( looking on here, so get loads more )
2 > edge wear - other than the weight , should I be worried ??
3 > next set of boots - What do you recommend ??

Facts :
235/65/17 ( currently on vehicle )
I do drive hard on mixed roads.
She carrys a fair amount of weight, as I use her for work
85% of my time is ON road 15% OFF road
I am not made of money, so economy is important to some degree ( cost, wear, fuel effeciancy, ) but I understand balance !

Thank you !

2011 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Fuji White

I've just had my two front wranglers replaced because they were down to 3mm but badly worn on the outside edges.

They had done just over 25k over the last three years with light loads (i.e. me the wife and two toddlers), but I have been known to drive hard.

1. I would say 25k is good and about right for the Wrangers. I had to replace all four tyres (Dunlop SP 270) on my last car after only 15k miles (around 18 months).

2. As above, my fronts were very worn on the edges, especially the NSF - I put this down to my driving style - and having lots of roundabouts on our normal journeys. My rear wears are wearing evenly. It might be worth getting your alignment checked with next boots change.

3. I'm sticking with the wranglers for now. I hear the goodyear efficient grips are a bit quieter, but you might lose some offload grip?
