Seems to be a Mercedes Sprinter trade mark, quite often see them crabbing.

Lots of the old classic MINI used to do the same, caused by wear in the rear trailing arm bearings, rear subframe fixings misaligned or bad crash causing bodyshell distortion.

Good question. it's a commercial vehicle, so I would of thought that maybe they could if something looks a bit dodgy. (But I am sort of assuming this) hopefully someone might shed some light on it for us. |

i would have thought they would have had to call for a marked police car, as i was once told you don't need to stop for a unmarked police car, (possibly unless the driver was in uniform) so i doubt the one in my video would have been able to stop them |
