Did you buy from a Land Rover dealer? They offer approved used cars and a warranty with their used cars. I believe Mike from LR on here has been most helpful with warranty issues etc.

Purchased from a local Mitsubishi dealer. Going to pop over tomorrow and have a serious conversation about a refund. Not sure how I stand with regards to it but I've seriously lost faith in it already and the paintwork is making me question it's past a fair bit..... |

Before going down the rejection and refund road, it is appropriate to give the dealer chance to repair the fault. Keep everything in writing too. Verbal promises were never said when the chips are down... LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
