Well they are doing well!
I have two e-mails to say they have refunded the advance charges.
The website shows no refund.
It also tells me that I still get these services for free.
It also quotes a phone number that I gave up 6 months ago when I moved house.
Doesn't inspire confidence, does it?

I got a refund of both the charges and the advance charges. 2x£1.75 and 2x£1.58. Still can't make out exactly what's what on the bill mind you.

Yes, there was a letter about this free service becoming a charge for service. There was also a web address so you could register once again for this service for free for the year.. This we did.

I just found it here;

Thanks. Thumbs Up

Between refunds, recharges, credits, normal charges and add ons, I am totally lost.
