If by adavtive you mean the self leveling ones then it should be in order as Bi-Xenons only come self leveling on the FL2. If you had the cornering ones then it might be different as I think that the cornering ones are extras even on HSE but if the kights where cornering and they are no more than this should be easily spotted. Edit: If the replacement was done by an approved LR service than I would not worry To be sure keep the invoice. here in Canada, it says the adaptive cornering lights are part of a memory seat package. I only had the LR2 for two months prior to the accident and it was not driven much at all for the first month of ownership.

If you have payed 940 CAD for each they should be cornering. Over here we have the option to have cornering for abt 1230 Eur which is just a bit more expensive than what you paid.
