Scottish Green Road Club

Just wondering if there is any Scottish Green Road Club members on the forum?

I've just recently joined the club and received my membership card. I'm planning on going to their next run on 23rd Feb. Have never done anything like this before so just hoping it is not too hardcore.

Probably all Defenders that go on the runs but I'm confident my lovely FL2 will exceed my expectations. Mr. Green

There have been Freelanders and even Evoques on some of the runs. Their drivers actually come back! Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own!

Sounds good! I just expected it to be all Defenders or huge ass Range Rovers. I love going off road but haven't really found an area that I can off road legitimately or a large trail, so I'm definitely going to try going to most of their runs.

Was looking through some of their pictures and it looks really good, nothing too mad and plenty of experienced off roaders to learn from.

Drumclog. £25 a day. Vast, and can be challenging. Some folk never got out of car-park.

Lamancha. Cold and desolate and quite wet at times.

Glentarkie. Commercial site - even have porcelain flush toilets. Annual membership. Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own!

There were 2 TD4 Freelander2's and a 1.8Freelander1 hardback on today's run up to Loch Sloy. Both Freelander2's got dirty, neither got stuck but both needed a helping hand, gentle pull with a strop on one stage. How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
