United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Baltic Blue

Asda tyres on line are very competitive.

I got 4 good year wranglers for 538.00. In fact when I rang the garage that Asda site refereed me too they offered to match the deal without having to buy on line. Jaguar x-type sport gone
Jaguar x-type 2.2d sport one of my best cars ever sadly gone
Freelander 2 GS auto 2008 most unreliable ever ! gladly gone

Smile Thanks for that, I will take a look.
Nice picture of collie, mine jumped over a curtain wall around Lancaster Castle last week and landed on paving stones 20ft below! No idea why she did it, no broken bones, just bruising and some cuts, a very luck dog!

Thanks!

Sorry to hear about yours, but glad she's okay. Must have given you a heck of a fright when it happened! Shocked

It did, and, cost us two trips to the vets, antibiotics and pain/ant-inflammatory tablets. Surprised

I have just received a PM from Rgpeck asking what experience I have had of these tyres and if I would recommend them.

Unfortunately, I have had my ability to send PM's removed, though I have not been told why.

However, in response, I have had good experience with Avons for very many years and am a firm fan of Avon ZZ3 car tyres and Avon motorcycle tyres, but I have had no experience of these tyres on a Freelander. They were due to be my first choice, but (having spoken to Avon direct) they are primarily a summer road tyre, with no claim to being suitable for M+S applications. If you are looking for some off road and snow capability, I would look elsewhere.

John.

Thank you to everyone for the great time that I have had on Freel2 over the last 3 years, I have enjoyed it immensely, but without the ability to reply to perfectly ordinary PM's, I have no wish to remain part of this community.

To the great majority of the members on here, I wish you well and all the best for the future.

Signing off.

John.
