I'm 99% certain that it doesn't matter if you buy of a higher spec model, it's just that the extra bits won't work.

well the mirror housing plastic is smashed and the mirror 'pod' is just resting on the socket part which is attached to the car. the glass is oblitor.....olblitar......smashed to pieces (think kalidoscope rear view) so looking at ebay it seems cheapest to get the whole thing. Hadn't thought about facelift side of things so will have to watch that!

don't think this is actual one you need but if you find the part number you need Left/Right, try somewhere like this

I paid £330 at LR for supply and fit of a HSE powerfold mirror will colour coded cap back in 2011 after a bus decided to side swipe me - nothing but the best for me as the bus company accepted full responsibility and offered to cover the bill without going through insurance |

Well, got the whole thing from equicar.co.uk for 69 plus carriage.... Just got to work out how to fit it now!
