Scotland 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HST Auto Stornoway Grey
HST

I have just bought a disco 3 to replace our Freelander 2, I can't find many HST's on line to compare with mine, they seem rare, are they worth more? I don't want to undersell it...

Thanks

Tom.

I wasn't aware LR made an HST D3! Maybe he's talking about an RRS? Confused

Reading it back it doesn't make sense!
I have bought a Disco 3 HSE and have joined the forum too, it is replacing a Freelander HST which I will need to sell and was wondering if it is worth any more than the HSE?

I wish I had found this forum earlier, loads of good stuff on here, I have finally managed to silence the annoying seatbelt bong now that I'm getting rid of the car! The Disco forum looks good though..

Your post made sense to me and to EY too by the looks of it. But then I have become accustomed to interpreting legislation and the ratio decidendi and obiter dictum given by Judges so a post that is prima facie confusing on Freel2.com is easy Mr. Green Laughing

Enjoy your D3, I loved mine, even though it needed a new engine at 2 yrs old with 17,000 on the clock. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Studied a 2008 price list.

Basically the HST is an SE with the HST pack (19 10 spoke alloys, sport styling pack, bright tailpipe finisher, tailgate mounted spoiler, privacy glass, Napoli leather seats with electric drivers six way and passenger four way adjustment, metallic paint. Only available in Rimini Red, Zermatt Silver, Stornoway Grey, Santorini black and Martinique Blue)

Priced £32,895.00 - £550 more than the HSE at £32,345.00

I believe it was produced as part of Land Rovers 60th anniversary 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

The HST second hand now, is worth considerably less than an HSE.

The best thing to do is look at other HST's of similar age and mileage and see how they are priced. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
