Not quite... It's above door sills and therefore, slowly, the water will enter cabin till that level. On the passenger's feet lays Central Junction Box (the one with interior fuses), one of the most important "brains" in the car. Without it the car won't function and the CJB isn't water proof/tight. |

slight chance of saving it, if not already leaked through door seals, open windows with fob climb in window.

I follow the AA on twitter, slightly off topic but they are saying that they dealing with about 40 cases a day of cars driving through flood water that are getting stuck.
