I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I too did not manage to get to my father in time before he died. It is hard but I promise that it does get easier with time. Remembering the good times helps. - 2007(57) XS Auto, Rimini Red, Alpaca Leather.

condolences Filpot, not an easy time for you and your family.

I often think I should have spent more time with my dad when I had the chance, so made sure I spent as much time as I could with my mother when she was here.

Sorry for your loss

I lost my gran couple of months back, I was very close to her, I spent a lot of time with her since I was a nipper she looked after me while my parents worked. My days off I took her out shopping or just a drive somewhere. So my days off don't seem the same. But I enjoy the memories and Christmases we had rather than mourn the time we no longer have. I was fortunate enough to spend the last week with her in hospital, my only failing was I promised her she wouldn't pass away in hospital, but she was just to ill.

She enjoyed her days out in the Freely so it led the way at her funeral all decked out with black ribbons.

A space will be made for her at the Christmas table. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200
