United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Looking good! You do know its a 2011 bumper and not a 2013 bumper you have fitted?

Regarding the rear 2013 LED lights, it is about a half hour job to do each side by the time the original light plug has been soldered to the new light.

No need to touch the car wiring at all. Dead easy job. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

[quote="deiferdog"]I guess to finish it off then 2013 LED lights front & back along with the wider/flat tailgate lift handle. Not looked too far into what's involved with the lights but imagine it wont be straightforward

I mean it is a 2010MY facelift bumper which was used up until the 2013MY came out. It hasn't got the extra silver trim round the bottom of the grill.

But I think it looks better like this. As we saw with my old one, the 2013 grill doesn't look right with the early grey headlights. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

This is the most "frontist" I've got at the mo. If you want a direct front on shot I'll take one in the morning no probs (bit dark now...)

That's perfect deifer Thumbs Up
Im gonna apologise to ya Mav Embarassed
Could only see deifer post images on my phone while I was at work today and it looked like he had the 2013 bumper with the silver inlay on the surround - zooming in distorted the image and it must of been the light hitting it a bit funny making it look like it had the power silver inlay Whistle

I personally think it looks better with the 2010/2011 bumper than with a 2013 bumper/grill.

I think the only 2013my grill that will suit the pre 2013 cars is the S/GS which has the grey rather than black surround! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I like the rear chrome strip on the tailgate...... but.......... is one allowed, on a modern, progressive sort of forum like this to say that I prefer the morning nose job to the afternoon one Rolling Eyes
