Check the Air Intake Grill on the Nearside Wing, remove the grill, there is a bolt behind it which has been known to come loose.

Many thanks for the speedy response and forgive my ignorance, but I cannot see any accessible screws or obvious way of getting the grill off without risking breaking something? A bad days fishing is still better than a good day at work |

Well, that was straightforward, but not the culprit as my bolt is tight. Any other suggestions? A bad days fishing is still better than a good day at work |

It's a hard one to diagnose without actually sitting in the car and hearing it for your self

No, not that, checked. My rattle is defo from footwell (ish) level and to the left. These rattles are so bloody difficult to determine the exaxct area they come from! I`ll have to go for a spin with SWMBO, and get her to nail its location down, before I have a prang concentarting too much on my rattle!! A bad days fishing is still better than a good day at work |
