England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey
Filling up with fuel

Just been to my local Asda filling stn, and could not fill tank to full with diesel. Pump cut out at 70 quid and several ltrs short of full. And Asda is the cheapest around!!!! GS TD4 Stornoway Grey

Try to pull the fuel nozzle a bit (don't puch it all the way in). The diesel probably flows faster in than your tank can handle and causes it to 'jam'. It's a know problem with some pumps and cars. Or try to fill it slower.

Asda fastfill pumps will only authorise £70 per card transaction!!!

Bit daft since it now costs almost £85 to fill the Censored up! Censored Censored

Most forecourts have a limit, our local Tesco is a bit more realistic at £100

Gambba filled up with 12,50 pounds but it seems that the diesel is ouragiously expensive over ther and he would have needed a full 25 pounds to fill up Laughing no Big Cry
