Not been in Farnells Bradford, but it looks the same as leeds, polished tiles and resin areas for parking cars on, as you say immaculate

Free tea, coffee, cans of pop and Haagen Daz make it a nice place too wait too

Don't know about you, but I cringe at the thought of sheet been pulled off a car, with a Tad da!!! Confused

Looks nice and hope your pleased Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

I wish I could give mine to SWMBO, but she doesn't want or need a big car. Her annual mileage is only about 6k a year so it wouldn't be worth it. She does like to drive it for long trips though!

I really don't want to part with my FL2, and I have thought if I was doing the right thing. But when I see a new RRS I realise that I'm doing the right thing.

Whether I will be back after 2-3 years with the RRS is a different story, but it will certainly be an option!

Still got my FL2 for another 5 months so might aswell enjoy it as much I can until then!

I just really enjoyed owning my FL2 and I wondered if I was trying to fix something that wasn't broken......

But I think that's over now, and I am looking forward to the new car coming! Roll on March/April! Very Happy

Looks fantastic Mav. I will enjoy watching the transformation.
I know you are Freelander royalty but getting Prince Harry to do the unveiling is a bit much mate.

Well today has been a very busy day! Firstly, the Evoque 20" wheels were swapped over from the very car. A much needed modification in my opinion and looks so much better for it.

Door mouldings fitted.

Then off to my local Vauxhall dealer which I have used for years, as the body shop manager said I could use the warmth of the body shop to fit my side steps.

Then at home the mud flaps were all fitted.

So it is starting to take shape. Kind of looks like a black version of the old car now, which I like.

Next on the list is.......

Fit the 13 pin genuine LR electrics
Rear Spoiler - I have decided to get a genuine spoiler as it needs to be 100% right.
Si4 twin exit rear silencer

I have also decided now to fit the raised roof rails. This is something I never got round to doing on my last car, so at least it will be something new to me.

Loving the new 2013 spec. A big step forward.

So here are the pictures of the progress so far :-

I fancy putting the twin exhaust on my one along with the tread plates, bumper tread plate and latch finisher.

I'm mechanically inept so will need to get someone to do the exhaust for me Laughing 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

I'll be doing my twin exhaust after Christmas, so I will pop up the how to when it's done.

Very easy if you but the LR adaptor clamp! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
