Hi all, Just traded my MY06 Disco 3 for a MY12 FL2 sd4 dynamic. Pick it up in the morning from West London Land Rover.
I'm a bit aprehensive about the swap but i will let you know how they compare.

I made the switch a few years back and yes I found it strange the first few days but on that first fill up it felt good.

I still miss my D3 and have thought about going back to a Disco a few times but the Fl2 has always won on so many levels. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Aaaaaa the boot space........ this was the biggest sticking point. Time will tell.

I have to be honest and break the bonhomie and assurances - but - I am sorry I switched to the FL2 after being happy with other Land Rover models over the years.

I'm sure you will enjoy your new FL2, I can't comment on downsizing from a D3 but I have loved every minute of mine. It's never had any faults over 18 months (car itself was 2 in September) and 26000 miles.

It will be a sad day to see it go in March. (If all goes to plan with my new RRS!)
