Hi,

Recently took ownership of a 2013 GS, with 18 inch alloys. There's no spare wheel, just the foam stuff and a compressor.

Any chance you could give me a price for a wheel (steel or space saver would be fine doesn't need to be an 18 inch alloy), and all of the stuff that goes with it - the jack, wheel brace, fitting to secure in the wheel well etc?

That's a lot more than I expected. Will have to think about that one.

My alloys are 10 spoke so having a 5 spoke spare wouldn't make sense.

Any chance you could list the part numbers so I can note them down for future reference?

yes but space saver wouldn't match and you'd have limited speed with that, price for a full size spare is better, and you can have full use of vehicle whilst you get a replacement tyre/repaired etc. Sophie Alltoft

could you just confirm - the £80 quoted for the jack etc - that's the jack, wheel brace, foam insert for the boot - is that correct?

Does it also include the fixtures for securing the above, and a spare wheel into the wheel well?

If I remember rightly from my previous Freelander, the bolt that secures the wheel also supports the boot floor, is that right?

Spare wheel retaining bolt arrived today .Cheers again.

Silly me forgot to order a wheel jack ,tools and foam insert for a MY13. (is it still 80 pounds ?)

Could you send me a quote with transport cost,s to Germany Dan? (got a weird feeling the volume of the foam insert will be a major cost factor here)  Audi,Merc,VW,Porsche,BMW and Opel.When it comes to going 4x4 they are all limited.(about 2 inches of snow or mud).
