As far as I can recall LR didn't produce an HSE Lux in 2008 but that doesn't necessarily mean yours can't be a Lux as a Dealer could have produced a special edition of their own and called it an HSE Lux. |

On my rundown sheet that the lady who originally ordered the freely passed on with all the paper work it states all the extras she paid over the top for and somewhere on there it states freelander 2 HSE LUX

Go back through TOPiX via your VIN, and look up the build details. Compare them with what was standard spec at the time, then cross-match it against what you have on your car today. Anything on the build spec, right down to a side moulding strip that isn't showing, will be a dealer fit..usually done to try and shift them off a forecourt after a significant period of time.

Log in to TOPiX as normal, key in your VIN. Under 'Vehicle Features', where it says 'Drive: 4 Whl R/H Full Time Drive' is a hyperlink titled 'more...'. Simply click on that, and everything that was done at Factory Level will be listed.

It is not a 190 either. '08 TD4s are all 160s AFAIK 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone) 08 FL2 TD4 SE Manual in Rimini Red (Now Gone) |
